As part of our way of saying thank you to clients, and because by state law we are not allowed to pay non-licensed individuals any type of referral fees or provide gifts, The Pacific Oak Real Estate Services Realtors has developed a Buyer and Seller Incentive Program in the form of a Client Appreciation Charitable Donations Program. It’s our way to further show you how valuable your business is to us…without you and your support we wouldn’t be in a position to be able to donate to charitable causes, and so we feel it’s important to let you have a say in where our charitable donations go. So, for every closed transaction, The Pacific Oak Real Estate Services Realtors will make a donation to a charity of our clients’ choosing.
These donations are made as a Buyer or Seller Incentive and will be documented as such in the Listing Contracts or Buyer Agency Agreements signed by the clients we represent. Below are some of the charities that have benefitted from the program over the past year or so, you can choose one of these or write in your own favorite charity, and we will send them a check. It’s as easy as that!!
